Often times when I tell people, especially my fellow Panamanians who now reside is the U.S that I live in Panamá their reaction is always, WHY!?
I think a lot of Panamanians that were born and raised in Panama and left aren't privy to the "New" Panama. It saddens me that outsiders come to Panama, invest in Panama and continuously confess their love Panama, yet we, and by me saying We I mean fellow Panamanians can't see the beauty of our own country like everyone else does.
